We are pleased to announce the available publication of the Legal Handbook for Taiwanese Companies on Export Controls in Supply Chains the Czech Republic and the European Union, prepared by Dr. Ondřej Svoboda from the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The handbook offers a comprehensive introduction to export controls affecting supply chains, outlining the European Union’s regulatory framework, together with the Czech Republic’s national rules, and provides practical insights for Taiwanese companies navigating EU and Czech export controls in light of Russian-related sanctions.
