We are pleased to announce the available publication of the Legal Handbook on Intellectual Property Law in the Czech Republic, prepared by JUDr. Tomáš Dobřichovský, PhD., JUDr. Petra Žikovská, PhD., Mgr. Jaroslav Kuba, Mgr. Václav Hodonický from the Faculty of Law, Charles University. The Introduction is written by Prof. Huang-Chih Sung, one of our leading researchers, from the National Chengchi University. The handbook provides an overview of Czech intellectual property law, covering patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and related rights, and offers practical guidance for Taiwanese businesses and innovators interested in operating in the Czech Republic.
