Dr. Karel Svoboda is a renowned scholar at the Institute of International Studies at Charles University’s Faculty of Social Sciences, affiliated with the Department of Russian and East European Studies. His research focuses on the history and international relations of Russia and the post-Soviet space, with scholarly contributions spanning Russian foreign policy, economic statecraft, and historical political economy.
