We are pleased to announce that the publication of the Legal Handbook for Taiwanese Employers on the Prohibition of Discrimination at the Workplace in Europe, prepared by Prof. Magdaléna Svobodová and Dr. Alla Tymofeyeva from the Faculty of Law, Charles University is available upon request. The handbook provides an overview of European legal regulations concerning the prohibition of workplace discrimination and offers practical guidance for Taiwanese employers operating in Europe.
