On May 6, 2026, the College of Commerce at NCCU will host a lecture and a roundtable discussion on regulatory requirements for starting a business in the Czech Republic.
The session will feature two of SCRC’s distinguished researchers from the Faculty of Law, CUNI: Dr. Klára Hurychová and Mgr. Magdalena Hamáčková. Drawing on their expertise, the speakers will provide a comprehensive introduction to the legal and regulatory environment for establishing a business in the Czech Republic, as well as an overview of company formation, licensing, and key legal considerations for foreign entrepreneurs entering the Czech market.
This lecture is based on SCRC handbook titled “Legal Handbook on Establishment and Operation of a Business Corporation and a Branch in the Czech Republic,” which is available upon request at info@scrc.cuni.cz.
The event is jointly organized by the NCCU’s College of Commerce and College of Law, in collaboration with the Taiwan Studies Center and the SCRC.
