The discussion successfully presented the revised regulatory framework, including disclosure obligations, the duty to identify adverse impacts of business activities on human rights and the environment, measures to prevent or terminate such impacts, and related liability issues. Overall, the event was highly successful, fostering engaging discussion and valuable exchange of perspectives among participants.
